We recently performed a fire risk assessment on the wonderful Royal Victoria Hotel in St Leonards near Hastings. The Hotel was built in 1828 and is right on the promenade with stunning views out across the channel. We were asked to do this by one of our peers as they recognise our expertise in buildings like this!! As you can see it is a beautiful property!!
